離羽田機場不太遠的東京大田區的下町有著各式各樣的氛圍，有一間以漫畫為中心的舊書店「九十九堂」，店的主人是九十九櫻(52)。 舊書店的深處有一個稱為“たまりば”的房間，在那裡聚集無處可去的人。於是，主人櫻會深入探究，請吃免費的親子丼，空腹被滿足的人，開始一點一滴對櫻訴說自己的事。。When an unidentified hiker is found deceased in the Florida wilderness, authorities release a sketch.
