钻石王老五向丹(吴启华)行年三十，尚未娶妻，性恪木讷古板，家人焦急不已，纷纷为他介绍，希望他能早日成家立室。向丹有一妹向冬(刘美娟)，性格向丹刚刚相反，事事自主独立，在感情路上又会否事事顺利？ 然而向丹早已心有所属，便是朋友的契妹顾同心(蓝洁瑛)。心身边从不乏男士拜倒石榴裙下，所以心对丹都只是采取多一个裙下之臣的态度。丹的秘书常亚满(毛舜筠)与未婚夫分手后，与丹日夕相对，发觉他为人虽然木讷古板，但是个标准的王老五，可惜满的性格保守含蓄，真不知他们如何打破这个闷局。。Jan and Gedda have been married to each other for a long time in the Beentjes of Sint-Hildegard.
