祈母（恬妮）生下连体女婴～祁宝儿（陈玉莲）和贝儿。必须施分剖手术，祈母为了救宝儿，只好牺牲贝儿。从此贝儿的鬼魂便缠扰着宝儿，直到宝儿大学毕业回港，又屡次害宝儿，更欲夺其男友潘子勤（汤镇宗）。最后，连体婴灵贝儿再度复活，祈父（岳华）被杀，祈母也自杀而死，而一连串令人匪夷所思的事接踵而来。。A mad scientist is forced to leave San Francisco when his experiments become known. He lands on a tropical island, takes control and terrorizes the local populace. The survivor of a shipwreck washes ashore on the island, sees what is happening and determines to free the natives from his rule.。
