影片讲述CIA特工在911袭击后对那些他们所认为的幕后黑手采取极端审问手段。。水下地震引发的海啸袭击了马里布地区，深海的史前鲨鱼被推上水面。在此之前当地人已经进行了疏散，但仍有一队建筑工人滞留，他们要于鲨鱼拼死一战。。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
