时间回溯到1979年，当时还是下乡知青的许海峰，拿着一支业余气枪参加了安徽省第四届运动会并赢得了气步枪组冠军，但由于年龄超过国家规定，省射击队并没有录取他。三年后，在和县供销社上班的许海峰第二次参加了安徽省运动会的射击比赛，并再次赢得冠军，但最终还是因为年龄过大没有拿到省队录取通知。更不幸的是许海峰在工作中，为保卫国家财产，致伤双眼，险些失明。不料这时，吴全清教练却带来了省队的借调通知，去还是不去，许海峰陷入了艰难的抉择中。。The Balkan Peninsula is notorious for being one of the great battlegrounds of history.
