Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。一位医生发明一种药能够治愈缺陷，比如烧伤，伤痕等等。有个富有的黑帮老大严重烧伤，他需要医生的新药来医治。可他担心是否有副作用。于是把血清注射入医生的身体。原来血清的确有副作用，它使人觉得饥饿；需要大量补充蛋白质。而且你吃了什么，你就变为什么。医生被锁住在一间废置的医院，他唯一能吃的就是下面的老鼠，结果他变为一头巨大的脏老鼠，而血清更让他变成嗜血的杀手，寻找的不仅仅是更多的老鼠肉。同时，一队维修工人去到医院，试图把地方锁起来，以防闲人入侵，但是他们遇上了黑帮和医生变成的怪物，一场生存大战于是开始了。。
