该剧以20世纪30年代鱼龙混杂的上海滩为背景，讲述了人称“四大金刚”的四个异姓兄弟因信仰不同逐渐反目成仇，最后在情与义、国与家、正义与邪恶的较量中展开殊死搏杀的故事。。天生爱放屁的青年皮小强，苦追女神熙儿无果，在逃避熙儿的另一个追求者熊大的追打时，他意外喝下了黑博士自制的基因药水，糗事秒变超能力的皮小强开始开发自己的“超能力”，却被同样喝下药水发生变异的熊大打成残废。在黑博士的改造下，成为半机器人的皮小强为了保护熙儿，再次与熊大展开决战。。A dentist teams up with a feisty would-be assassin to put the final touches on the plan to kill his wife.
