唐僧师徒一行取到真经后，顺利的回到了长安，本是天地间为之欢喜之事。哪知三百年后，佛祖圆寂之时，天地突生异变。魔教教头无天（黑子饰）突然降临到现场，占领要地灵山，自封为“无天佛祖”。且告知众妖：33年后，如来会借助转世灵童回归，集齐17颗舍利子，再次重返三界。而他们的目标就是夺得这17颗舍利子，进而杀死转世灵童，称霸三界。唐僧（黄海冰饰）被无天关进了冥界。知道了无天的野心后，唐僧利用紧箍咒，让在花果山的悟空（曹荣饰）和八戒（闾汉彪饰）意识到三界目前正面临着重大问题。而另一边，转世灵童乔灵儿（吴健饰）正在一天天长大。一场恶斗即将来开序幕……。Bang, bang, you're dead.
