故事将围绕一对父子展开，有一天父亲忽然发现自己8岁的儿子有一种“特异功能”。。主角仓下月海是一名梦想着成为插画家，并且非常喜欢水母的女孩。她为了梦想而来到东京，后入住了女生公寓“天水馆”，这里的住客大多是宅女，对她们来讲拥有时尚感的人就全是她们的敌人。一天，为了营救水母，月海遇到了一名超美的伪娘。于是发生在宅女、伪娘之间的故事就此展开。 备注：本作品中的“腐女子”并不是本来的意义的“腐女子”，而是指近几年开始出现的，不太在意如流行事物、恋爱等普通女性所关心的话题，只热衷于某种特殊事物爱好的女性，所以更倾向于“宅女”。。NASA’s Perseverance rover is on the verge of changing humanity’s future.
